I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Agricultural Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act
1998, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this
proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act,

other than Parts 5 and 8 of it, come into operation.
