AN ACT to amend Section Four of the Agricultural

Lands Purchase Act, 1909.

13 E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Lands Short title

Purchase Act Amendment Act, 1927.

Section four of the Agricultural Lands Purchase Act, 1909, is, and as from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, shall be deemed to have been, amended by the deletion of the words "at a rate of interest not exceeding four per centum per annum " in paragraph (b) in subsection one thereof.	see. 4.
