AN ACT to further amend the Agricultural
Lands Purchase Act, 1896.
[Assented to 16th January, 1904.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-
1. THIS Act may be cited as the Agricultural Lands Purchase Short title.
Art Amendment Art, 1904, and shall be read as one with the Agri-
cultural Lands Purchase Act, 1896, hereinafter referred to as the
principal Act.
2.
| SECTION eleven of the principal Act is amended by adding to the third subsection thereof the following words: | Amendment of GO |

| Provided that if the land was at the time of its surrender held under pastoral lease and is classified as second class land or third class land the maximum quantity held by any one person may exceed one thousand acres, but shall not exceed three thousand acres in the case of second class land, or five thousand acres in the case of third class land, or four thousand acres if the land is partly second class and partly third class. |
