Part 1 Agricultural College Consequential Amendments Regulation (No. 1) 2014 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Agricultural College Consequential Amendments Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement (1) This regulation, other than part 5, commences on 1 July 2014, immediately before the CrimeandMisconductandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2014 . (2) Part 5 commences on 1 August 2014. Part 2 Amendment of Education (Overseas Students) Regulation 1998 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Education(OverseasStudents)Regulation 1998 . 4 Amendment of s 4 (Persons who may make applications—Act, s 7(1)) Section 4(1A)(b)— omit, insert — (b) the principal executive officer under the QueenslandAgriculturalTrainingCollegesAct 2005 ; 2014 SL No. 112 Page 3
