2 Agricultural Bank (Loans) No. 419, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Agricultural Bank (Loans) Order 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 January 1993. ˙ Prescribed rate of interest 3.(1) For the purposes of section 12(1) of the Act, the prescribed rate of interest is the QIDC prime rate. (2) In this section— “QIDC prime rate” means the rate of interest charged from time to time by the Queensland Industry Development Corporation and known by the name ‘QIDC prime rate’ or a similar name.
