AN ACT to amend the Agricultural Bank

Act, 1906.

lative Assembly of Western Australia in this present Parliament BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis-

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Bank Amendment Short title.

Act, 1907, and shall be read with the Agricultural Bank Act, 1906,

hereinafter called the principal Act.

2. Section sixteen of the principal Act is hereby amended by Amendment of Nu.

striking out the words " one million," and inserting the words " one	15 of 1906, see. 16.
million five hundred thousand" in place thereof.
