AN ACT to amend section sixteen of the Agricultural Bank

Act, 1906.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Bank Act Amendment Act, 1928, and shall be read as one with the Agricultural Bank Act, 1906, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Short title.

Amendment of 2.

Section sixteen of the principal Act, as inserted by the Agricultural Bank Act Amendment Act, 1914, is hereby amended by substituting for the words " four million five hundred thousand pounds," the words " five million five hundred thousand pounds."
