AN ACT to amend the Agricultural Bank

Act, 1894.

[Assented to, 23rd September, 45196.]

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present	13
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Agricultural Bank Act, 1894, ort Title.

2. (i.) THE Manager, with the approval of the Governor, Manager may take

may take as security for any advance under the Agricultural Bank additional security

Act, 1894, in addition to the security on the lands to be improved, for an advance.

such other securities on real or leasehold property of any kind as

may be tendered to him, including lands under special occupation

lease, conditional purchase, or pastoral lease from the Crown.

Maximum of advance(2.) In sub-section (2) of section eighteen aforesaid the words enlarged to ,e800. "three-fourths" shall be substituted for the words "one-half," and

the sum of " Eight hundred pounds " shall be substituted for " Four

hundred pounds."
