Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals

(Western Australia) Amendment

Regulations 2011

regulation 3 (regulation 3) comes into operation

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
(Western Australia) Amendment Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i) if the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011

on or before gazettal day — on the day after

gazettal day; or

(ii) otherwise — when regulation 3 comes into

operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Agricultural and Veterinary
Chemicals (Western Australia) Regulations 1995.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 delete "Health (Pesticides) Regulations 1956" and insert:

Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011

Note: The heading to amended regulation 3 is to read:

Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011 are eligible law
