I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Western Aus- tralia) Act 1995, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fa the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on-which that Act comes into operation.
