Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Act 1988.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3 (Declaration of substances not to be agricultural chemical products)

3.1   Subregulation 3 (1):

Omit the subregulation.

4.   Regulation 4 (Declaration of substances not to be veterinary chemical products)

4.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit the subregulation.

5.   Schedule 1 (KINDS OF SUBSTANCES THAT ARE NOT AGRICULTURAL CHEMICAL PRODUCTS)

5.1   Omit the Schedule.

6.   Schedule 2 (KINDS OF SUBSTANCES THAT ARE NOT VETERINARY CHEMICAL PRODUCTS)

6.1   Omit the Schedule.
