1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the notice may be served.
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
(Infringement Notices) Regulations 1994 to
prescribe further offences against the Agricultural
and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use)
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 76 of
the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
(Control of Use) Act 1992.

In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Agricultural and
Veterinary Chemicals (Infringement Notices)Regulations 19941, after item number 260
insert
