  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2010.

  1. Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995.
