1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995.
