1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995.

9 A chemical product containing pindone that is a concentrate and for which the relevant label instructions require further mixing with carriers before it is ready to use as a bait
