Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 3).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995
Schedule 1 amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995.

Note Tributyltin compounds are a class of chemicals. The structure of each chemical includes the tributyltin group, which on its own has a formula written as C12H27Sn or (C4H9)3Sn. Items 72 to 78 are specific examples of this class.
