1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995.
