  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995.
