 These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Regulations 1995.

[2]Paragraph 4 (b)

  the rate of 0.65% is prescribed in respect of:

  • (i)

    the year that began on 1 January 1999; and

  • (ii)

    each succeeding calendar year.

  • (i)
