1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Amendment (2012-2013 Leviable Disposals) Regulation 2013.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Act 1994.

4Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Regulations 1995

1  Subregulation 6A(2) (heading)

Repeal the heading, substitute:

2006‑2007 financial year to 2011‑2012 financial year

2  Subregulation 6A(2)

Omit “2012‑2013”, substitute “2011‑2012”.

3  Subregulation 6A(3) (heading)

Repeal the heading, substitute:

2012‑2013 financial year and each succeeding financial year

4  Subregulation 6A(3)

Omit “2013‑2014”, substitute “2012‑2013”.
