Agents Act 2003

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Agents Amendment Regulation 2007 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Agents Regulation 2003.

4. New section 5C

   in part 1, insert

5CAct does not apply to Havelock Housing Association Inc—Act, s 6 (l)

The Act does not apply to—

(a)Havelock Housing Association Inc; or

(b)a person who, as an employee of Havelock Housing Association Inc, provides a real estate agent service.
