Agents (Amendment) Ordinance 1988

An Ordinance to amend the Agents Ordinance 1968

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Agents (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1

Appointment of receiver

2.  Section 84 of the Agents Ordinance 19682 is amended—

(a)by omitting from paragraph 2 (b) “or”; and

(b)by inserting after paragraph 2 (c) the following word and paragraph:

“; or(d)  if an agent’s licence has been suspended or revoked;”.
