AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Agents Ordinance 1968-1972, as amended by the

Agents Ordinance 1973.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under

the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1972.

AGENTS ORDINANCE (No. 2) 1973

1. (1 ) This Ordinance may be cited as the Agents Ordinance

(No. 2) 1973.*

(2) Section 1 of the Agents Ordinance 1973 is amended by

omitting sub-section ( 3 ) .

(3) The Agents Ordinance 1968-1972,f as amended by the Agents Ordinance 1973$ and by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Agents Ordinance 1968-1973.
