AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Agents Ordinance 1968-1971.

I THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of , Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council,

hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government

(Administration) Act 1910-1972.

AGENTS ORDINANCE 1972

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Agents Ordinance

1972.*

(2.) The Agents Ordinance 1968-1971 f as amended by this

Ordinance may be cited as the Agents Ordinance 1968-1972.

2.  Section 9 of the Agents Ordinance 1968-1971 is amended—

(a)

by omitting from sub-section (3.) the word " seventy-two " and inserting in its stead the word " seventy-three "; and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (4.) the word " seventy-two "

and inserting in its stead the word " seventy-three ".
