AN ACT to amend the Agent General Act, 1895-1969.

[Assented to 9th May, 1975.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:--

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Agent	Short title
and citation.

General Act Amendment Act, 1975.

(2)	In this Act the Agent General Act, 1895-1969,	Reprinted
as approved

is referred to as the principal Act.	for reprint
on 10th July,
1970.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Agent General Act, 1895-1975.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall be deemed to have come into

operation on the first day of March, 1975.

Section 3

repealed and 3. Section three of the principal Act is repealed

re-enacted. and re-enacted as follows-

Salary. 3. The Agent General shall on and after the first day of March, 1975 be paid such salary and allowances as are from time to time determined by the Governor. .
