No. 39 of 1969.

AN ACT to amend the Agent General Act, 1895-1957.

[Assented to 21st May, 1969.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Agent

and citation.

(2) In this Act, the Agent General Act, 1895-

1957, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Agent General Act, 1895-1969.

S.3 repealed

and

2. Section three of the principal Act is repealed

re-enacted.

and re-enacted as follows-

Salary.

3. On and from the first day of January, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine, the salary of the Agent General, exclusive of travelling expenses, shall be three thousand five hundred English pounds per annum, payable monthly out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund; and that Fund is hereby appropriated to the extent necessary to give effect to this section. .
