Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Aged or Disabled Persons Homes Act 1954.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be taken to have commenced on 19 October1988.

Payments to approved organisations

2. Regulation 4 of the Aged or Disabled Persons Homes Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) “$2.10” and substituting “$2.25”;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “$13.45” and substituting “$14.35”;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) “$8.05” and substituting “$8.60”.
