Determination No.ADPCA 10F 2/1996

I, JUDITH ELEANOR MOYLAN, Minister for Family Services, pursuant to subsection 10F(1) of the Aged or Disabled Person Care Act 1954, HEREBY AMEND the General Conditions formulated under subsection 10F (1) of the Aged or Disabled Persons Care Act 1954 on 3 October 1995 and published in the Gazette on 1 December 1995, as set out in the Schedule hereto, with effect on and from 8 July 1996.

SCHEDULE

Clause 5.       PERSONAL CARE ASSESSMENT AND CLASSIFICATION

1. Subparagraph 5(2)(h)(ii)

omit:

“of the date of assessment;”

and replace with:

“of the date from which Personal Care Subsidy is payable in accordance with that classification or assessment, pursuant to subclause (4);”

1. Subparagraph 5(2)(h)(iii)

omit:

“the date of assessment”

and replace with:

“the date from which Personal Care Subsidy is payable in accordance with that classification or assessment, pursuant to subclause (4);”

1. Subclause 5(4)

omit:

‘covering the claim period in which the date of assessment falls,”.
