1  Name

This instrument is the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) (Subsidy and Other Measures) Amendment (July Indexation) Determination 2017.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 July 2017.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997.
