  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) (Subsidy and Other Measures) Amendment Determination 2017.

  1. Commencement

This Determination will commence immediately after the commencement of the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) (Subsidy and Other Measures) Amendment (July Indexation) Determination 2017.

3              Authority

This Determination is made under section 44-3 of the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997.
