1 Name
This instrument is the Aged Care (Subsidy, Fees and Payments) Amendment (September Indexation) Determination 2022.

Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsections 44-5(3), 44-21(7), 44-21(8), 44-22(3), 44-26B(1), 44-28(4), 48-7(2) Step 4 paragraph (c), 48-7(2) Step 5 paragraph (c), 48-7(6), 48-7(7), 48-7(8) of the Aged Care Act 1997.
