1  Name

This instrument is the Aged Care (Subsidy, Fees and Payments) Amendment (September 2014 Indexation) Determination 2014.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 20 September 2014.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under the Aged Care Act 1997.
