1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Pensioner Supplement) Determination 2014 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on 20 March 2014.
3 Revocation
The Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Pensioner Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 2) made by the Hon Kevin Andrews, Minister for Social Services, on 19 September 2013, also known as F2013L01720, is revoked.
4 Definition
In this Determination:
Act means the Aged Care Act 1997.
5 Amount of pensioner supplement
For subsection 44-28(7) of the Act, the amount of pensioner supplement for a particular day is $7.84.
