1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Pensioner Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 2).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on 20 September 2013.
3 Revocation
The Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Pensioner Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 12 March 2013, also known as F2013L00469, is revoked.
4 Definition
In this Determination:
Act means the Aged Care Act 1997.
5 Amount of pensioner supplement
For subsection 44-28(7) of the Act, the amount of pensioner supplement for a particular day is $7.69.
