1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Pensioner Supplement) Determination 2011 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on 20 March 2011.
3 Revocation
The Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Pensioner Supplement) Determination 2010 (No. 2) made by the Minister on 9 September 2010, also known as F2010L02483, is revoked.
4 Definition
In this Determination:
Act means the Aged Care Act 1997.
5 Amount of pensioner supplement
For subsection 44-28(7) of the Act, the amount of pensioner supplement for a particular day is $7.24.
