1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential care subsidy — amount of pensioner supplement) Determination 2009 (No. 1). This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 7/2009.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on 20 March 2009.
3 Revocation
The Aged Care (Residential care subsidy — amount of pensioner supplement) Determination 2008 (No. 2) made by the Minister on 19 September 2008, also known as ACA Ch. 3 No. 28/2008, is revoked.
4 Definition
In this Determination:
Act means the Aged Care Act 1997.
5 Amount of pensioner supplement
For subsection 44-28 (7) of the Act, the amount of pensioner supplement for a particular day is $6.89.
