subsection 44‑28 (7) of the Aged Care Act 1997.

  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential care subsidy — amount of pensioner supplement) Determination 2008.

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 20 March 2008.

  1. Revocation

The Determination made by the Minister on 26 June 2007 (ACA Ch.3 No. 14/2007) under subsection 44‑28 (7) of the Act is revoked.

  1. Definition

In this Determination:

Act means the Aged Care Act 1997.

  1. Amount of pensioner supplement

For subsection 44‑28 (7) of the Act, the amount of pensioner supplement for a particular day is $6.64.
