This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Adjusted Subsidy Reduction) Determination 2010 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on 1 July 2010.
3 Revocation
The Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Adjusted Subsidy Reduction) Determination 2009 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 11 June 2009, also known as F2009L02381, is revoked.
4 Adjusted Subsidy Reduction
The amount of adjusted subsidy reduction for a particular day is $11.37.
