1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Adjusted Subsidy Reduction) Determination 2009 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 July 2009.

3              Revocation

The Aged Care Act 1997 – Determination under section 44-19 made on 16 June 2008, also known as ACA Ch.3 No.16/2008 and F2008L02233, is revoked.

4              Adjusted Subsidy Reduction

The amount of adjusted subsidy reduction for a particular day is $11.17.
