subsection 48-1(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997.

Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Community Care Subsidy Amount) Determination 2011 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.
Revocation
The Aged Care (Community Care Subsidy Amount) Determination 2010 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 15 June 2010, also known as F2010L01528, is revoked.
Definitions
In this Determination:
ARIA score, in relation to a location, means the score given to that location under the document titled ‘Viability Funding — ARIA scores for locations as at 30 July 1999’, published by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
Community Care Subsidy
The amount of community care subsidy payable in respect of a day for a care recipient receiving community care is the sum of the following amounts:
a.The base subsidy $36.73; and
b.the amount in column 3 of the following table that corresponds to the ARIA score in column 2 for the geographical location at which the care recipient resides:
