This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy – Transition Care Services) Determination 2010 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Determination commences on 1 July 2010.
Revocation
The Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care Services) Determination 2009 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 11 June 2009, also known as F2009L02389, is revoked.
4 Flexible Care Subsidy
The amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of flexible care in the form of transition care is the amount in column 3 of the following table corresponding to the State or Territory in which the flexible care service is located.
