  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care Services) Determination 2009 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 July 2009.

  1. Revocation

The Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2008 made on 16 June 2008, also known as ACA Ch. 3 No. 22/2008 and F2008L02239, is revoked.

4              Flexible Care Subsidy

The amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of flexible care in the form of transition care is the amount in column 3 of the following table corresponding to the State or Territory in which the flexible care service is located.
