Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2008. This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 22/2008.
Commencement
This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2008.
Revocation
The Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2007 (also cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 19/2007) made by the Minister for Ageing on 26 June 2007 is revoked.
4 Determination
From 1 July 2008 the amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of the kind of flexible care specified in section 15.28 of the Flexible Care Subsidy Principles 1997, known as Transition Care, depending on the State or Territory in which the Flexible Care Service is located, is as set out below.
