This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2007. This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 19/2007.
Commencement
This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2007
Revocation
The Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2006 (also cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 13/2006) made by the Minister for Ageing is revoked.
4 Determination
From 1 July 2007 the amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of the kind of flexible care specified in section 15.28 of the Flexible Care Subsidy Principles, known as Transition Care, is $106.93.
