I, SANTO SANTORO, Minister for Ageing, make this Determination under subsection 52-1(1) of the Aged Care Act 1997.

Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2006. This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 13/2006.
Commencement
This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2006.
Revocation
The Flexible Care (Transition Care) Subsidy Amount Determination 2005 made by the Minister for Ageing on 21 June 2005 is revoked.
4 Determination
From 1 July 2006, the amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of the kind of flexible care specified in section 15.28 of the Flexible Care Subsidy Principles, known as Transition Care, is $104.83.
