This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy — Innovative Care Service — Congress Community Development and Education Unit Ltd) Amendment Determination 2011.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Amendment of the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy — Innovative Care Service — Congress Community Development and Education Unit Ltd) Determination 2011 (No. 1)
Schedule 1 amends the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy — Innovative Care Service — Congress Community Development and Education Unit Ltd) Determination 2011 (No. 1), also known as F2011L01178.

5 Amount of flexible care subsidy
Subject to subsection 50‑1(2) of the Aged Care Act 1997, the amount of flexible care subsidy that is payable on and from 1 July 2011 for each care recipient to whom the approved provider provides eligible flexible care in respect of a day is the amount worked out in accordance with the following formula:
$136.20 x 12

where n is the number of care recipients receiving eligible flexible care on that day, but is a minimum of one care recipient and no more than 12 care recipients.
