1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy — Innovative Care Service — Congress Community Development and Education Unit Ltd) Determination 2011 (No. 1).
2 Commencement and Cessation
This Determination commences on 1 July 2011 and ceases to have effect at midnight on 30 June 2012.

Revocation
The Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy – Innovative Care Service – Congress Community Development and Education Unit Ltd) Determination 2010 (No. 1) (registration number F2010L01532) is revoked.
4 Definition
In this Determination:
Approved Provider means Congress Community Development and Education Unit Ltd ABN 93 010 941 687.
Eligible flexible care means flexible care in the form of innovative care provided in a residential setting at the Dija Meta Aged and Disabled Hostel operated by the Approved Provider at 269 Hartley Street CAIRNS QLD 4870.
5 Amount of flexible care subsidy
Subject to section 50‑1(2) of the Aged Care Act 1997, the flexible care subsidy that is payable in respect of a day for the provision of eligible flexible care to a care recipient is the amount worked out in accordance with the following formula:

where n is the number of care recipients receiving eligible flexible care on that day, but is no more than 12 care recipients.
