1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – extended aged care at home) Revocation Determination 2006. This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 19/2006.

1. Commencement

This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2006.

1. Revocation

The Determination made by the Minister for Ageing under section 52-1 of the Aged Care Act 1997 on 8 December 2005 (known as ACA Ch 3. No. 22/2005) is revoked.
