1. Name of Determination

(1)   This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy — extended aged care at home and multi-purpose services) Revocation Determination 2005.

(2)   This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 21/2005.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 July 2005.

The Determination made under section 52-1 of the Aged Care Act 1997 on 23 June 2004 (known as ACA Ch. 3 No. 17/2004) is revoked.
