1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – extended aged care at home) Amendment Determination 2006.  This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 18/2006.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Amendment of Aged Care (Amount of flexible care subsidy – extended aged care at home) Determination 2006 (ACA Ch. 3 No. 10/2006)

(1)      Omit the words “Revoke, section 1 of the Determination ACA Ch.3 22/2005 made on 8 December 2005 in respect of flexible care provided as extended aged care at home and” from the Determination under section 52-1 for flexible care subsidy in respect of extended aged care at home, which was made by the Minister for Ageing on 28 June 2006 (cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 10/2006).

(2)      In the first paragraph of ACA Ch. 3 No. 10/2006, replace the words “amounts of FLEXIBLE CARE SUBSIDY” with the words “amount of FLEXIBLE CARE SUBSIDY” and replace the words “are the amounts” with the words “is the amount”.

(3)      Omit the words “In respect of flexible care provided as extended aged care at home — By the method of finding the amount produced as follows:”.
